About The Pastel School

In 2017, award-winning artist Scott Hale organized The Pastel School with an online course for students to become confident pastel artists.

Scott's course, Conquer Soft Pastel, takes beginner and intermediate pastelists through fundamental lessons... by demonstrating and explaining three landscape paintings, start to finish. 

His students quickly and consistently take what they learn and start painting pastels they are proud of creating.
